You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between less than 72 hours before the event may not receive a refund, however you can transfer the registration to another individual.

What is My Role as a Special Inspector?
Target Audience: Technicians and Special Inspectors
Executive Summary: Special inspections in the construction industry are defined by the International Building Code (IBC) as "inspection of materials, installation, fabrication, erection or placement of components and connections requiring special expertise to ensure compliance with approved construction documents and referenced standards." In other terms, they are code-required inspections of the building's construction process (materials and workmanship) to ensure compliance with the construction plans and specifications. They are performed by a Special Inspector. Learn more about why and how the Special Inspector is one of five parties responsible for the overall success of a properly executed special inspection program.
